  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. In a bowl, whisk together garlic, olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.

  3. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.

  4. Skewer shrimp and place on the grill.

  5. Grill for about 4 minutes on each side, until shrimp is pink and cooked through.
