How To Make Corn on the Cob with Herb Butter Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn, husked
  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp of chopped fresh chives
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Add corn and cook for 5-7 minutes or until tender.

  3. In a small bowl, mix butter, parsley, chives, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

  4. Remove corn from the water and brush butter mixture on each ear of corn.

  5. Serve immediately.
