  • 1 bone-in ham (about 4 lbs)
  • 1/2 cup apricot preserves
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.

  2. Place ham in a roasting pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.

  3. In a small saucepan, combine apricot preserves, honey, mustard, ginger, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for 5 minutes until smooth.

  4. Brush half of the glaze over the ham, covering it evenly.

  5. Bake ham for 1 hour and 30 minutes, basting with the remaining glaze every 30 minutes.

  6. Let the ham rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
