- 1/2 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Salt and pepper

Place ham in a roasting pan and score the surface in a diamond pattern.

In a small saucepan, combine apricot preserves, honey, mustard, ginger, salt, and pepper. Cook over medium heat, stirring, for 5 minutes until smooth.
