  • 4 croissants
  • 4 slices of ham
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

  2. Slice the croissants lengthwise, but not all the way through.

  3. Layer ham and cheese inside the croissants.

  4. In a frying pan over medium heat, melt butter.

  5. Scramble eggs, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Fill croissants with scrambled eggs.

  7. Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until cheese has melted.

  8. Serve warm.
