How To Make Easter Brunch Scones Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups of flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of salt
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cut into small pieces
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, salt, and baking powder.

Using a pastry blender or your hands, cut in the cold butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.

In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, buttermilk, and vanilla extract. Add this mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
