How To Make Apricot & Ginger Ham

Ingredients
- 1 ham, about 4 pounds
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).

Place the ham in a roasting pan, cut-side down.

In a small bowl, mix together the apricot preserves, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, grated ginger, and ground cloves.

Brush the apricot mixture over the ham, making sure to coat it evenly.

Cover the ham loosely with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.

Remove the foil and continue baking for another 45 minutes, basting the ham with the pan juices every 15 minutes.

Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Serve the Apricot & Ginger Ham warm with the pan juices.
