Ingredients

  • 1 (4-5 lb) bone-in ham
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the ham in a slow cooker.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour the glaze mixture over the ham, covering it completely.

  4. Cook on low for 6 hours, basting the ham with the glaze every 1-2 hours.

  5. Once cooked, remove the ham from the slow cooker and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  6. Serve the honey-glazed ham with the remaining glaze on the side.
