Ingredients

  • 4 medium sized apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, flour, rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon and melted butter until well mixed.

  3. Transfer the apple mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.

  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the apples are tender.

  5. Remove from the oven and drizzle the caramel sauce over the top.

  6. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
