  • 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Roll out pie crust and press into a 9-inch tart pan.

  3. In a bowl, mix together sliced pears, sugar, cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg.

  4. Pour mixture into the prepared pie crust.

  5. In a small bowl, whisk together beaten egg and water.
