How To Make Spiced Pear Tart Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 3 cups sliced pears
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp water
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.
