How To Make Cinnamon Apple Baked Oatmeal
Warm cinnamon-scented apple baked oatmeal is a healthy and satisfying breakfast or brunch dish.

Ingredients
- 2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup diced apples
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In another mixing bowl, whisk together milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and mix well.
