How To Make Caramel Apple Coffee Cake Recipe
A delicious coffee cake with slices of caramelized apples on top, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 large egg
- 1 large apple, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 8-inch square baking pan.

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.

In another bowl, whisk together the milk, oil, and egg.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth out the surface.

Arrange the apple slices on top of the batter and drizzle with the caramel sauce.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean.
