  • 2 pork tenderloins
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Rub the pork tenderloins with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.

  3. In a large oven-safe skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.

  4. Sear the pork tenderloins for 2-3 minutes, until browned on all sides.

  5. Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes until it registers an internal temperature of 145°F.

  6. Remove from oven and let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing it thinly.
