  • 1 lb. pork tenderloin
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp. fresh chopped thyme
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, combine minced garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Mix well to make a paste.

  3. Rub the garlic herb mixture over the pork tenderloin, making sure to cover all sides.

  4. Place pork tenderloin in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F.

  5. Let the pork tenderloin rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
