Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork tenderloin
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix together minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Rub the spice mixture all over the pork tenderloin, ensuring it is evenly coated.

  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  4. Sear the pork tenderloin on all sides until browned, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  5. Transfer the pork tenderloin to a preheated 400°F (200°C) oven and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. Remove the pork tenderloin from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  7. Slice the pork tenderloin and serve with your favorite sides.
