Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. Wash and scrub the potatoes. Cut them into wedges.

  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper until well coated.

  4. Spread the potato wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.

  6. Remove from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
