  • 4 large potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Place a large skillet or frying pan over medium heat and add the olive oil.

  2. Once the oil is hot, add the diced potatoes to the pan and spread them out in an even layer.

  3. Sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika over the potatoes. Stir gently to coat the potatoes evenly in the seasonings.

  4. Cook the potatoes for about 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside.

  5. Remove the potatoes from the heat and transfer them to a serving dish. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

  6. Serve the stove potatoes hot as a delicious side dish.
