How To Make Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork tenderloin
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions

Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, dried rosemary, and black pepper.

Pour the sauce mixture over the pork tenderloin.

Cook on low heat for 4 hours or until the pork is cooked through and tender.

In a small bowl, whisk together water and cornstarch to make a slurry.

Remove the pork from the slow cooker and set aside. Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium heat.

Stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook until the sauce has thickened.

Slice the pork tenderloin and drizzle the sauce over the top before serving.
