Ingredients

  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Place the pork tenderloin in a baking dish and brush it with half of the honey glaze.

  4. Bake for 15 minutes, then remove from the oven and brush with the remaining glaze.

  5. Return to the oven and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).

  6. Let the pork rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  7. Serve the honey-glazed pork tenderloin sliced, with any remaining glaze drizzled on top.
