How To Make Kale and Bacon Salad
Fresh kale paired with salty bacon and topped with sweet cranberries. The perfect combination of savory and sweet.

Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale, stemmed and chopped
- 6 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup of sliced almonds
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp of honey
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.

In a large bowl, toss kale with the dressing until evenly coated.

Add in crumbled bacon, dried cranberries, and sliced almonds.
