How To Make Radicchio and Bacon Salad

A delicious and flavorful salad filled with crispy bacon and bitter radicchio.

Serves:

Ingredients

  • 1 head of radicchio, chopped
  • 4 strips of bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup of walnuts, chopped
  • 1/4 cup of olive oil
  • 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp of Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped radicchio, cooked and crumbled bacon, red onion, feta cheese, and chopped walnuts.

  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.

  3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated.

  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
