How To Make Green Bean and Bacon Salad Recipe
A delicious salad with green beans and crispy bacon, perfect for a light lunch or side dish.

Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh green beans, trimmed
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- ¼ cup red onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Boil a pot of water and cook green beans for 5-6 minutes until tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.

Fry the bacon in a pan over medium heat until crispy. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to drain.

In the same pan, saute the red onion and garlic in the bacon grease until softened.

Whisk together white wine vinegar and olive oil, then pour over the green beans in a large bowl.

Add the bacon, red onion, and garlic to the bowl and toss to combine.

Add salt and pepper to taste and serve.
