Ingredients
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup chanterelle mushrooms, sliced
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded gruyere cheese
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Line pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.

In a skillet, sauté mushrooms and spinach over medium heat until softened.

In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, cream, salt, and pepper together.

Add mushroom, spinach mixture to the egg mixture and stir to combine.

Pour mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle cheese on top.
