How To Make Water Chestnut Fried Rice
A flavorful and crunchy combination of water chestnuts, veggies and rice, perfect for a quick and easy meal.
Serves:
Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup chopped water chestnuts
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 cup mixed veggies (carrots, peas, corn)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a wok or large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.

Add onion and garlic and stir-fry until onion becomes translucent.

Add mixed veggies and cook for 2-3 minutes until they start to become tender.

Add cooked rice and chopped water chestnuts.

Add soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper and stir-fry everything together until well-combined and heated through.

Serve hot and enjoy!
