Ingredients

  • 2 cups sprouts
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan over medium heat and add sesame seeds. Toast them until they turn golden brown. Set aside.

  2. In the same pan, add sesame oil and garlic. Saute for a minute until fragrant.

  3. Add the sprouts and cook for 5-7 minutes until they become tender.

  4. Stir in the soy sauce, spring onions, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.

  5. Remove from heat and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.

  6. Serve hot as an appetizer or a side dish.
