- 12 fresh oysters
- 2 red chillies, finely chopped
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions

In a small bowl, combine the chopped chillies, grated ginger, minced garlic, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey. Mix well.

Spoon the dressing over each oyster, ensuring each one is fully coated.
