Duck & Spring Onion Noodles Recipe

How To Make Duck & Spring Onion Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1 whole duck, cut into pieces
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, sliced
  • 200g noodles of your choice
  • 3 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. In a separate pan, heat some oil and add the duck pieces. Cook until browned and crispy on both sides. Remove from the pan and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, add the garlic and spring onions. Sauté until fragrant and softened.

  4. Return the duck to the pan and add soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Cook for a few minutes until the flavors are well combined and the duck is cooked through.

  5. Serve the duck and spring onion mixture over the cooked noodles. Enjoy!
