Ingredients
- 1 bunch of kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture, about 5 minutes.

Add kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

Stir in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.
