Ingredients

  • 1 bunch of kale, stems removed and leaves chopped
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  3. Add mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture, about 5 minutes.

  4. Add kale to the skillet and cook until wilted, about 5 minutes.

  5. Stir in soy sauce and season with salt and pepper.

  6. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, until everything is well combined.

  7. Serve hot as a side dish.
