Ingredients
- 8 cups of baby kale leaves
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes (optional)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
Instructions

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add the baby kale leaves to the skillet and toss to coat them with the garlic oil.

Sprinkle salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the kale.

Sauté the kale for 4-5 minutes until wilted but still vibrant green.

Remove from heat and squeeze lemon juice over the sautéed kale.
