Ingredients
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 4 medium potatoes, cut into cubes
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, cut into cubes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger powder, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.

Place the sliced onions, potatoes, and sweet potatoes in a large baking dish.

Pour the sauce mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.

Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.

Remove the foil and continue baking for an additional 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and golden brown.

Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
