Ingredients
- 1 lb pork tenderloin, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp sesame seeds

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, oyster sauce, honey, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add the sliced pork. Cook until browned on all sides.

Add garlic and ginger to the pan and cook for another minute.

Pour the sauce mixture over the pork and stir well to coat. Cook for 5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
