How To Make Ground Turkey Meatballs Recipe
Classic Italian-style meatballs made healthier with ground turkey and baked in the oven.

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Preheat oven to 400°F.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Mix well.

Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to portion out meat mixture and form into 1-inch balls.

Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add meatballs and cook until browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until meatballs reach an internal temperature of 165°F.

Serve hot with your favorite sauce and pasta or mashed potatoes.
