How To Make Ground Turkey Burgers Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 burger buns
- Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion
Instructions

In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Divide into four even portions and shape into patties.

Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
