Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 4 burger buns
  • Optional toppings: cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

  2. Divide into four even portions and shape into patties.

  3. Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add burgers and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.

  4. Serve on buns with desired toppings.
