How To Make Ground Turkey Chili Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground turkey
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.

  2. Add in onion and garlic, and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.

  3. Add in chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.

  4. Pour in chicken broth, canned tomatoes, black beans, and kidney beans. Bring to a boil.

  5. Reduce heat to low and let simmer for 20-25 minutes until all flavors have combined and chili has thickened.
