How To Make Mushroom Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 1 lb mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium heat.

Add garlic and ginger and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Add mushrooms and cook for 5 minutes until they release their water and start to brown.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water until well combined.

Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet or wok with the mushrooms.

Stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens and coats the mushrooms.

Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds.

Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
