  1. Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

  2. In a large bowl, season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.

  3. Thread the steak cubes, bell peppers, and onion onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating as desired.

  4. Brush the skewers with olive oil.

  5. Grill the skewers for 3-4 minutes per side, or until steak is cooked to desired doneness and vegetables are tender-crisp.

  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.
