Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch chunks
  • 4 slices prosciutto
  • 8 fresh sage leaves
  • 4 sprigs fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Wrap each steak chunk with a slice of prosciutto, securing with toothpicks.

  3. Thread the prosciutto-wrapped steak chunks onto skewers, alternating with sage leaves and thyme sprigs.

  4. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.

  5. Brush the skewers with olive oil.

  6. Grill the skewers for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.

  7. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.
