How To Make Steak & Prosciutto Skewers with Sage & Thyme

Ingredients
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 4 slices prosciutto
- 8 fresh sage leaves
- 4 sprigs fresh thyme
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Olive oil, for brushing
Instructions

Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Wrap each steak chunk with a slice of prosciutto, securing with toothpicks.

Thread the prosciutto-wrapped steak chunks onto skewers, alternating with sage leaves and thyme sprigs.

Season the skewers with salt and pepper.

Brush the skewers with olive oil.

Grill the skewers for about 4-5 minutes per side, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
