How To Make Barbecued Ribs of Beef with Béarnaise Sauce

Ingredients
- 2 racks of beef ribs
- 1 cup of barbecue sauce
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of black pepper
- 1 tsp of garlic powder
- 1 tsp of onion powder
- 1 tsp of paprika
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
- béarnaise sauce:
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/4 cup of white wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
- 1 tsp of finely chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tsp of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Season the ribs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

Place the ribs on the grill and cook for about 2-3 hours, turning occasionally and basting with barbecue sauce.

In the meantime, prepare the béarnaise sauce. In a small saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks and white wine vinegar over low heat until thickened.

Slowly drizzle in the melted butter while whisking continuously.

Stir in the chopped tarragon and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

Remove the ribs from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Serve the ribs with a drizzle of béarnaise sauce and sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
