Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs of steak, cut into cubes
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Wooden skewers, soaked in water for 30 minutes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.

  2. Add the steak cubes to the marinade and let them marinate for at least 10 minutes, or up to overnight.

  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  4. Thread the marinated steak cubes onto the soaked wooden skewers.

  5. Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side, or until the steak reaches your desired doneness.

  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving.

  7. Serve hot and enjoy!
