  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
