  • 28 oz can of crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup of full-fat coconut milk
  • 2 cups of chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup of chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 tsp of garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp of onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the crushed tomatoes, coconut milk, chicken broth, chopped basil, garlic powder, and onion powder.

  2. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
