Ingredients
- 1 lb pork shoulder, cut into cubes
- 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
