  • 1/2 head cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced

  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

  2. Add pork cubes and cook until browned on all sides.

  3. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.

  4. Stir in carrots, cabbage, bay leaf, salt, and black pepper. Cook for 5 minutes.

  5. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.

  6. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 1 hour, or until pork is tender and flavors are well combined.
