How To Make Crockpot Chicken Noodle Soup Recipe
A comforting and easy-to-make homemade soup with tender chicken, healthy vegetables, and soft noodles.

Ingredients
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 cups chopped vegetables (carrots, celery, onion)
- 1 cup uncooked egg noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Place chicken breasts in the crockpot and top with chopped vegetables.

In a separate bowl, whisk together chicken broth, water, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.

Pour broth mixture into the crockpot and add bay leaf.

Cover and cook on high for 5 hours or on low for 8 hours.

Remove chicken and shred with two forks.

Add back shredded chicken and uncooked egg noodles into the crockpot.

Cover and cook on high for an additional 20-30 minutes until noodles are tender.

Discard the bay leaf and serve hot.
