How To Make Shrimp in Foil Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 slices of lemon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the shrimp evenly.

  3. Cut 4 sheets of aluminum foil, about 12×12 inches each.

  4. Divide the shrimp mixture equally among the foil sheets, placing it in the center of each sheet.

  5. Top each portion of shrimp with a slice of lemon.

  6. Fold the sides of the foil over the shrimp, sealing the packets tightly.

  7. Place the foil packets onto a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the shrimp is cooked through.

  8. Carefully open the foil packets, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve hot.
