  • 4 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
  • Fresh dill, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.

  2. In a shallow bowl, mix the flour, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Coat each salmon fillet with the flour mixture, shaking off any excess.

  4. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  5. Place the salmon fillets in the skillet, skin-side up, and cook for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.

  6. Carefully flip the fillets using a spatula and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until the salmon is cooked to your desired level of doneness.

  7. Remove the salmon from the skillet and serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
