Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel and season generously with salt and pepper on both sides.

  2. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Place the seasoned salmon fillets skin-side down in the hot skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes, or until the skin is crispy and browned.

  4. Carefully flip the salmon fillets and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the salmon is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.

  5. Remove the salmon from the skillet and serve immediately with lemon wedges and a sprinkle of fresh dill.
