  • 16 langoustines
  • 4 tbsp hazelnut butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat a griddle pan over medium-high heat.

  2. Season the langoustines with salt and pepper.

  3. Place the langoustines on the hot griddle and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and opaque.

  4. While the langoustines are cooking, melt the hazelnut butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

  5. Once the langoustines are cooked, remove them from the griddle and arrange them on a serving platter.

  6. Drizzle the melted hazelnut butter over the langoustines.

  7. Serve immediately with fresh lemon wedges on the side.
