- 16 langoustines
- 4 tbsp hazelnut butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions

Preheat a griddle pan over medium-high heat.

Season the langoustines with salt and pepper.

Place the langoustines on the hot griddle and cook for about 2 minutes on each side, until they turn pink and opaque.

While the langoustines are cooking, melt the hazelnut butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

Once the langoustines are cooked, remove them from the griddle and arrange them on a serving platter.

Drizzle the melted hazelnut butter over the langoustines.
