How To Make Miso Salmon with Ginger Noodles

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 4 tbsp miso paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 4 bundles of soba noodles
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sliced vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together miso paste, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Spread the mixture evenly over the salmon fillets.

  3. Place the salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

  4. Meanwhile, cook the soba noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  5. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add the sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, until tender-crisp.

  6. Add cooked soba noodles to the pan and toss to combine with the vegetables.

  7. Divide the ginger noodles among serving plates and top with miso-glazed salmon fillets.

  8. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
