- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Vegetable oil (for frying)

In a large bowl, combine the fish fillets, mayonnaise, chopped parsley, chopped green onions, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to combine.
