- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9-inch round baking pan.

In a large bowl, mix together the mashed bananas, oats, flour, brown sugar, melted butter, yogurt, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract.

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan, spreading it evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine the ingredients for the crumb topping – 1/4 cup rolled oats, 2 tbsp all-purpose flour, 2 tbsp brown sugar, and 2 tbsp unsalted butter. Mix until crumbly.

Sprinkle the crumb topping over the cake batter.
