How To Make Harissa-crumbed fish with lentils & peppers

Ingredients
- 4 white fish fillets
- 3 tbsp harissa paste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 cup cooked lentils
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a small bowl, mix the harissa paste and breadcrumbs together.

Season the fish fillets with salt and pepper, then coat them evenly with the harissa-crumb mixture.

Place the coated fish fillets on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.

While the fish is baking, heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.

Add the sliced onions, minced garlic, and sliced bell peppers to the pan. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, until the vegetables are tender.

Add the cooked lentils to the pan and season with salt and pepper. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Serve the crispy harissa-crumb fish fillets over a bed of lentils and peppers. Garnish with fresh cilantro. Enjoy!
